Gîte Le Point de Vue

A stone’s throw away to absolute escape. After a day on the campsite, retreat to your own little palace 250m down the road.

This is a ‘sous sol’ house meaning the living area is on the first floor and self-contained guest wing below.

The super high ceilings and huge windows give the house a light and airy ambiance with spectacular views of the Dordogne from every room. Even in the winter the house is bright, cheerful and toasty warm.

Sleeps up to 5 people in the main house and a further 2 people can sleep in the guest wing (never rented separately).

Accommodation and sleeping arrangements

Modern eat-in kitchen with all the mod cons.

Spacious living/dining room (smart tv, library and games and toys).

Master bedroom – queen sized bed with a Casper mattress (150cm x 190cm)

Second bedroom – two single beds (90cm x 190cm). Plenty of space in either room to fit a travel cot or extra mattress.

Family bathroom – walk in rain-shower, double sink, washing machine, dryer, iron etc and a separate w.c.

Garden is entirely enclosed by fencing with picnic tables, a Weber barbecue and Fatboy hammock  and on-site parking.

The guest wing is perfect for couples or singles wishing to join you on holidays but prefer to stay independently. It has its own ground floor access with direct access to the garden, living room, kitchenette, separate bedroom with double bed (130cm x 190cm) and a shower room with separate w.c. It can also be used as a summer kitchen or as a private study/quiet workspace.

Bring your own linen and towels or hire ours. Pillows (square) and blankets are provided on all beds.
